Mike Bocanegra, Managing Partner

Mr. Bocanegra is a seasoned investor with 9 years of active experience in finding, negotiating and repositioning residential and multifamily properties. He has invested in real estate throughout Michigan, Illinois, and Florida. Mr. Bocanegra has had extensive experience in property renovation, property management, cash flow and budget analysis. He has worked with conventional funding for purchases along with creative options obtaining acquisitions as followed:

Amy Nichols, Marketing & Investor Relations

Ms. Nichols has been actively involved in real estate investments since 2006 working alongside Mr. Bocanegra. While acquiring a degree in Interior Design in 2007 she discovered her passion for renovating neglected properties. She is now an active participant in charge of overseeing all of AOTD Holdings renovations. Ms. Nichols also assists in marketing, and asset management while acting as the liaison for investor relations.

Haley Stinson, Community Manager/Asset Manager

Haley has been in property management for 5 years managing single family homes and 2 years managing multifamily properties. She has recently become the asset manager for AOTD Holdings and is assisting with managing projects and AOTD assets.
